All orders will get shipped within 7 days and delivered depending on the location and order of the customer.

Yes, we deliver the products to all the parts of India.

Do you charge for shipping?

No, we don’t charge for shipping! Please write to us on the website to place bulk orders.

What should I do if I have received different order(s) Or I get any other issues?

Our team makes sure that all the products are sent correctly and safely. But, in case, if the product is different or you face any issues regarding the size then you can always drop a message with the details of the product, but within 7 days of receiving your order. We will check and connect with you at the earliest.

What kind of products do you deal in?

We have different color options in scrub suits & lab coats.

What is your return/refund/discount/ exchange policy for customised/personalised products?

No, we don’t have a return/refund/exchange policy but we do have discounts for orders above Rs.10,000.

What is your return/refund/discount/ exchange policy for non-customised/ personalised products?

Our return policy gives you an option to return within 30 days of receiving your order. You can only exchange the product if there is any mistake from our end or the product has some issues. We do have discounts for orders above Rs.10,000.

How can I cancel my order?

No cancellation is applicable on customised products but you have the option to cancel an order for non-customised products within 2 days of order placement.

We don’t have a return/refund/exchange policy for customised products but we give you an option to return non- customised within 30 days of receiving your order.
